FORMER PATIENT RAISES £1,600

A patient who received the all clear from breast cancer in 2013 has given Doncaster Royal Infirmary’s Jasmine Centre over £1,600.

JASMINE CENTRE DONCASTER ROYAL INFIRMARY

Elaine Tracey was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2013, she underwent treatments including a bilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy and lymph node clearance. She received the all clear in September.

The Jasmine Centre is a service which specializes in the care and treatment of those with breast cancer. It is staffed by a number of healthcare proffesoinalls including doctors, nurses and radiographers.

Elaine presented the donation and a bouquet of flowers to the staff of the centre.
