Part One has already seen a number of self-check-in kiosks introduced, along with a system to capture accurate recordings of treatment codes, a dashboard system for staff and an electric calendar to manage bookings.
Part Two is expected to begin soon, which will introduce a patient calling system. The system will use LCD screens to call-forward a patient electronically to their clinic room. It will also add a mobile appointment function, so patients can check-in for a pre-booked appointment.
